The Song that Sings your Hearts Tale

What does the title even mean?
Each of us has a story in our hearts. We carry it within us and even hold it deep inside so no one else can read it. The thing is, a song will always find you. The song with words that match your hearts tale.
There is a song that knows my story well. It's as though our hearts are connected and it sings the words within my heart, my very thoughts that flow along the melody.
